Meet Matt, a longtime Pillar Properties team member and all around good dude. It's no surprise residents appreciate him as much as we do, with nearly ten years of property management experience, he knows how to keep the community running smoothly and residents happy in their home.
Matt was born and raised in the Midwest and later moved to California before he decided his final stop would be to the Pacific Northwest. It was while he was still in the Bay Area he learned of Pillar Properties and Stadium Place here in Seattle. "It just had that wow factor," said Matt.
Matt started at Stadium Place as the assistant property manager and continued to learn and grow with the company. After gaining further experience as a property manager at our sister community in Seattle, Matt returned to his roots as the property manager of Stadium Place.
Matt has always been drawn to the history of the Pioneer Square neighborhood. "Stadium Place as a community is unique in that it represents the progression of the neighborhood while also respecting the original character - it's the best of both worlds," said Matt.
When Matt isn't hard at work at Stadium Place, you can guarantee he is spending time with his family. He loves all sports, spending time outdoors and having fun playing with his kids.
